Blogger .... (http://thefilipinoweb.com/movies/sarah-to-john-lloyd-you-changed-my-life) Sarah to JOHN LLOYD, “You Changed My Life” … or will it be the other way around. Yihee. JOHN LLOYD and Sarah After the super duper success of A Very Special Love, Star Cinema brings JOHN LLOYD Cruz and Sarah Geronimo back (in each others arms, hihi) via You Changed My Life. This movie is said to be the outfit’s Valentine offering next year. Talk about a big “follow-up”. If ever, this will be up against the KC Concepcion-Richard Gutierrez starrer that GMA Films is set to produce — remember the deal with ABS “borrowing” Chard in exchange for them “borrowing” KC. I maybe wrong though. Anyway, I think Sarah and JOHN LLOYD looks cute together – Sarah has this sweet and cute vibe going on, and me thinks she’s got a big crush on JOHN LLOYD. As in. Rain dance is over… what could be the next? Okay, let’s sing now…

SARAH AT JOHN LLOYD TANDEM BAGONG GOLDMINE NG STAR CINEMA AT VIVA February 12, 2009 Dindo M. Balares Balita
Mapantayan kaya ng You Changed My Life ang A Very Special Love?
Majority rules.
May Premiere Night ang You Changed My Life sa February 24 sa Cinema 9 & 10.
Kita-kits!

Thursday, February 12, 2009 JOHN LLOYD and Sarah are back in 'You Changed My Life'
THE tandem of JOHN LLOYD Cruz and Sarah Geronimo is back in the big screen through Star Cinema's post-Valentine offering entitled "You Changed My Life."
On Wednesday, Star Cinema's team headed by Roxy Liquigan (Star Cinema's Advertising and Promotions Director), officially presented the movie's entire music video/trailer to the entertainment press at the 13th floor of ELJ building.
"You Changed My Life" is a sequel to the box-office movie of Sarah and JOHN LLOYD last 2008 dubbed "A Very Special Love."
Valentine's 2009 blog
In the second offering, Liquigan said viewers can expect more fun and romance from the colorful love story of Miggy Montenegro (JOHN LLOYD) and Laida Magtalas (Sarah Geronimo).
JOHN LLOYD admitted that since their first movie, Sarah has made some changes in his life. "Sarah is a revelation in my life. She is a revelation in my career. I was blessed in 2008 because she came into my life and career. I love working with her... Maybe I will be forever amused with this girl."
Sarah, on the other hand, shared that she is also happy working with JOHN LLOYD. "What is good about JOHN LLOYD is that he reached out. He is the one who approaches you and tells you 'don't worry I will take care of you as your leading man and friend.' I could say that I am more comfortable working with him now as I know him better," she said.
Another exciting part to watch out in the film is the appearance of another Cruz in Sarah's life - dance sensation Rayver Cruz, who is rumored to be the Pop Princess' new admirer.
Rayver, who is thrilled and excited to finally be part of a Star Cinema movie, said: "I am so happy. Of course, this is JOHN LLOYD and Sarah's movie and this is my first big screen movie with Star Cinema. I was so happy when they told me. They were so nice in the set. I feel so at home, no pressure and I am comfortable working with them."
"You Changed My Life" will still be helmed by blockbuster director Cathy Garcia-Molina. Direk Cathy said this sequel has a more mature and serious plot.
"As much as we want to give the audience the same 'kilig,' the same level of 'kilig' that they had in part 1, we can't help but go a little serious and more mature... Part 1 was a fairy tale and part 2 is living the fairy tale. It becomes more real, more painful... although pain will come with 'kilig' moments before and after," she said.

Sarah Geronimo reveals JOHN LLOYD Cruz talks to her about his love life Jan 23, '09 5:40 PM by jeremy
Pop star Sarah Geronimo admitted that she and You Changed My Life leading man JOHN LLOYD Cruz have reached a point in their relationship where they’re comfortable enough with each other for LLOYDY to open up about his love life. Sarah revealed this when she was asked if JOHN LLOYD opens up to her about courtship.
Sarah and JOHN LLOYD have now become closer since they did their first movie, the 2007 blockbuster A Very Special Love. Although there were initial doubts about their tandem—and even criticism particularly from fans of the JOHN LLOYD and Bea Alonzo love team, the success of their first movie has “vindicated” the team-up. The two stars are now working on the sequel, tentatively titled You Changed My Life in a Moment, which will be Star Cinema’s post-Valentine offering.
When Sarah was asked to describe her leading man, she replied, “A good listener. ‘Yun nga ‘yung matatakbuhan mo kapag may [problema] ka. Mabibigyan ka ng words of wisdom.” For his part, JOHN LLOYD described his onscreen team-up with Sarah as a gift. “It's very deep ‘yung makatagpo ka ng isang kapareha in this kind of business, na mayroon kayong ganoong klaseng chemistry. It's a gift na dapat inaalagaan at ino-nourish n’yo ang magandang relationship,” he explained.
JOHN LLOYD also shared that the feature he finds attractive about Sarah is her eyes. “Kapag tinitingnan mo ang mata ni Sarah, nagtu-twinkle ang eyes niya,” he said. The actor also admitted that he is a fan of Sarah’s, describing her as a total performer. “I’d been vocal about it na fan ako niyan at kapag pinapanood ko ‘yan I couldn’t help but get mesmerized.”

JOHN LLOYD Cruz and Sarah Geronimo are crowned SM Cinema’s 2008 Box Office King and Queen
JOHN LLOYD Cruz and Sarah Geronimo are crowned SM Cinemas 2008 Box Office King and Queen February 12, 2009 by Devine Diva
Star Cinema and A Very Special Loves JOHN LLOYD Cruz and Sarah Geronimo are set to receive awards from SM Cinema for Top Grossing Local Film Producer and Box Office King and Queen for 2008 respectively on February 18 at SMX Convention Center. Looking back on how the Sarah and JOHN LLOYD team-up was untested at the time, the resounding success of the movie has made all those involved with the film a happy lot.
The Pop Star Princess is also a major contender for the Box Office Queen Title of the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Awards along with Ai-Ai de Las Alas for her movie Tanging Ina Nyong Lahat. This is still the subject of much speculation since the latters film has already reached the 200 million-peso mark in total gross last weekend. Actually palaisipan nga yan. Kasi December 25 pinalabas yung Tanging Ina Nyong Lahat. Hindi namin alam kung considered yung ticket sales from January 1 onwards. Kasi in fairness sa Tanging Ina Nyong Lahat, yung first 5 days naka-P100M kaagad tapos last Sunday (February 8) umabot na siya ng P200M. Konting-konti na lang matatalo na yung Sukob (the countrys top-grosser of all time starring Kris Aquino and Claudine Barretto), said a Star Cinema insider.
Coming up this February is the much-awaited sequel of A Very Special Love entitled You Changed My Life, where Laida Magtalas (Sarah) and Miggy Montenegro (JOHN LLOYD) experience a lot of firsts as a couple. As much as we want to give the audience the same level of kilig that they had sa part one, we cant help but go a little serious and more mature. Ang pag-akyat ng love story from the kilig of the ligawan period to actually experiencing it. Kasi somehow in the movie di ba, part one is like a fairy tale. In part two, the fairy tale becomes more real. And when its more real, its more painful. Pero siyempre kakabit ng pain are also kilig moments before and after [the conflicts], Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina revealed.
True enough, You Changed My Lifes music video/trailer has already made a lot of avid fans and even other local celebrities (especially Sarah and JOHN LLOYDs ASAP family) eagerly awaiting for the premiere night on February 24 at SM Megamall Cinemas 9 and 10. Iba talaga ang chemistry ni JOHN LLOYD and Sarah. People should definitely watch out for their super kilig romantic dates pati na rin yung introduction of a new character, Macky, played by Rayver Cruz. Maganda rin yung combination nila ni Sarah. Although of course mas naka-focus pa rin ito sa love story nila Laida and Miggy. Deserving talaga sila for a sequel.
