Hello, friends! Here are some forum updates ... 1. The forum is now subdivided into several categories which are further subdivided into boards. Here they are TAMBAYAN - Newbies - ONLINE FRIENDS this can be accessed by everyone ... JOHN LLOYD's CRUZ CONTROL- Pictures and Artwork - TV and Movies - News and Articles - Fan Mail - Direk Lauren Dyogi this can be accessed by members who have 5 posts or moreMELTING POT- Samu't Sari can be accessed by all2. All members can create or start threads in selected boards. But please ... keep 'em "clean" ;D 3. We are still removing inactive (for at least 30 days) accounts. So, if you do not want the hassle of re-registering over and over ... come and join us in the forum. We'd love to hear from you. That's just about it for now ... happy posting ELMO  |

Got this from PROBOARDS
I am happy to announce that ProBoards Version 4, the largest upgrade to our forum software ever, has been officially released to it's first server, this support forum! More servers will be updated throughout this week as we roll out this new system. More details will be posted on this forum as the week progresses.

The too many connections error is designed to stop access to a server when the load is too high, to protect the server and the integrity of the data held within.
This "load" is based on a server wide state, not just that of your forum, so if you get the message, but you are the only one on line on your forum, it means the rest of the server is busy, not just yours.
The reason you are seeing far more of these messages than normal is because of the V4 upgrade. With peoples boards having been offline for over a day for the upgrade, there is excess traffic to each server to catch up on lost time.
This obviously creates extra load than normal
Another factor is the exploration of new features, on a normal day an admin may have just signed in, read new posts, and left. Now they are also coming on line, playing with new features, and doing posts.
Once the excitement has died down, and activity has returned to normal, the frequency of these errors will also return to normal
This is only a temporary problem

I got this from Proboards Support group ....
All of my posts and threads are gone, what happened?
Your threads and posts are still there. If you have your boards set to not be viewable by guests, the boards will show as having "0" threads and posts until you login.
I'm not getting my activation key in my email!
If you use AOL, they tend to block lots of mail that should be allowed through. If you can not get your key with AOL, we suggest you use an alternate email account with a different provider (such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc).
My activation key doesn't work!
If you submitted a request for an activation key more than once, then a new key was generated which voided your old one. You will have to wait for your new key to arrive. Submitting extra requests for keys only slows down the process.
