Now that I have You

Watched "Now That I Have You" last night with my good pal Stox..

It was amusing..hehehe! Like any other romance-comedy movies, it's feel-good and it has lots of "kilig" factors...BUT..just like other romance-comedy movies, it does have corny scenes as well..hehe!...

However...since the flick stars JOHN LLOYD Cruz (sigh! =D )..I say...it can get away with it..hehehe!

LLOYDY: wala lang…kung anu-ano…nagbabasa ng books, magazines, you know…matutulog hehehe…o kaya I watch movies sa tv…<br>

LLOYDY: uy, Sean Penn…yeah grabe he’s one of the Hollywood actors that I really like…actually nanood ako ng Oscars last year…nominated kasi si Sean Penn for Best Actor sa Mystic River…nung tinawag na pangalan niya as the winner, kahit mag-isa ako sa kwarto ko, sigaw talaga ako ng sigaw…sabi ko “wooohoooo” sabay palakpak pa talaga…<br>
DJ CHIE: grabe, feeling mo nandoon ka talaga sa Oscars no?

LLOYDY: oo, grabe…ang saya talaga kasi first time umattend ni Sean Penn ng Oscars eh tapos nanalo pa siya…<br>
DJ CHIE: hindi nga mahilig umattend si Sean Penn sa mga awards night kasi di naman siya naniniwala sa mga awards eh

LLOYDY: oo nga…mas importante sa kaniya basta nakapagdeliver sya ng maganda…yung markado…kahit di sya manalo ng award…kaya nga idol ko sya eh J

LLOYDY: oo…lalo na yung scene where hinahanap nya yung daughter nya na nawawala…tapos ayaw siya papasukin ng mga police sa crime scene…nagwala talaga siya…sigaw siya “IS MY DAUGHTER IN THERE?!?”…grabe, yung mob pinipigilan na siya…tapos halos ma-drown siya sa crowd kakaiiyak at kakasigaw…ang galing…nakakakilabot…<br>
DJ CHIE: I agree…isa talaga yon sa mga memorable scenes sa movie…<br>
LLOYDY: oo grabe…ang galing talaga…yung mga di nakapanood…sana mapanood nyo…ang ganda…<br>

A- Almost Perfect
Drama and Thriller

When they were kids growing up together in a rough section of Boston, Jimmy Markum, Dave Boyle and Sean Devine spent their days playing stickball on the street, the way most boys did in their blue-collar neighborhood of East Buckingham. LLOYDY: grabe no, ang galing din non eh…although medyo sa start parang magulo siya kasi may mga flashbacks past to present…pero habang nabubuo yung story, nagiging interesting na siya…about faith eh…ang galing din doon ni Benicio Del Torro…ang hirap nung position nya sa story…basta markado din ang role ni Sean Penn doon…<br>
DJ CHIE: matindi nga ang twist nung story…yung friend ko, si anajasdel, bumigat ang ulo nya after mapanood ang movie…hehehe…<br>

Set in rural Pennsylvania in 1897, this is the story of the small village of Covington (population 60) surrounded by a woods inhabited by a race of "mythical creatures," and the romance that blossoms between Kitty (Greer), the daughter of the town's leader (Hurt), and Lucius (Phoenix), a young man who questions the policy of keeping Covington's citizens completely confined to the village.
